Operation Rebirth Christian Academy (ORCA) - a boarding school on a farm campus - is currently seeking a dedicated, mission-minded couple to step into the vital role of Dorm Parents...a ministry opportunity that goes far beyond a job description. This is a special calling, and we fully trust that God is already preparing the right couple to serve in this role. We also believe that He may be using you to help connect us with them. That’s why we’re asking for your immediate help and support!

Would you prayerfully consider using your church network, missions board, newsletter, social media, or personal connections to share the attached job announcement?  Whether it’s through a bulletin board, a conversation, a prayer group, or a forward to someone you think might be a good fit, your involvement could be the very link God uses to guide the right couple to this opportunity.  Serving as Dorm Parents at ORCA is more than providing a home away from home—it’s about living out Christ’s love daily, shaping lives, and supporting students in a deeply meaningful and lasting way.
