The Mission

To serve young men facing challenges in school, home,  community life and seeking a structured, faith-based environment. We then support that goal by helping them develop the skills necessary for successful reintegration into their families and communities through a Christ-centered academic program.

The Vision

The vision of Operation Rebirth Christian Academy is to be a transformative Academy where boys become young men of wisdom, purpose, and faith.


Our "Golden Circle"

What is the Golden Circle?
The "Golden Circle" is a framework for how organizations and leaders
inspire action, trust, and loyalty by shifting their focus from what they do to why they do it.
The concept consists of three concentric circles, with the most important element at the center:
  1.    WHY (The Center): This is the core belief, purpose, or cause that drives the individual or organization.                       It's the reason the organization exists, beyond just making money or performing a service.
  2. HOW (The Middle Ring): These are the specific actions, values, or principles that bring the "Why" to life.         They are the unique processes, culture, or differentiated value proposition that sets the organization apart.
  3.    WHAT (The Outer Ring): These are the tangible products, services, or job functions an organization offers or a person does. Every organization knows their "What."
