ENDOWMENT FUND

With Operation Rebirth’s long-term future in mind, the board of directors established a charitable fund for the organization’s benefit.  The Operation Rebirth Fund, administered by the Community Foundation of Shelby County, may receive gifts from individuals, other organizations or estates.

Gifts to the fund at the Community Foundation of Shelby County, a 501(c)3 charity, are tax-deductible. The e Community Foundation is responsible for investing and administering the fund. The Operation Rebirth board has the opportunityto request earnings from the fund to help with operational costs or larger sums from the fund should OR have a need for more support.

To make a gift to the fund, checks may be made payable to: Community Foundation of Shelby County, 100 S. Main Ave, Ste 202, Sidney OH 45365. Add to the check’s memo line: Operation Rebirth. Or, use the link below with your credit card or debit card.

Publicly traded stock is also a welcome gift that may help avoid capital gains taxes on donated stock. Contact the Community Foundation at (937) 497 – 7800 for account numbers needed for transfer stock.

Gifts through a will estate are a meaningful way of continuing a legacy of support. A statement in a will offering a set dollar amount, percentage, or the reaminder of the estate will help Operation Rebirth continue its important work.
